Q: Am I responsible for the content (words) on my website or will Designs of the 5 Domains (D5D) draft the content for me?
A: Most of the clients of D5D provide their own content. However, if you would like to have your content drafted for you, D5D can have one of our copyrighters contact you.

Q: If D5D provides me with a copyrighter for drafting my content, is there an extra cost for that?
A: Yes, if you request the assistance of a copyrighter, you will be charged for that service directly by the copyrighter. These charges are separate from what you will pay D5D.

Q: Will I have any choices with how my web pages or graphic art pieces will look?
A: Absolutely! D5D will first meet with you (in person or via phone) to get a feel for what you are wanting. After that meeting D5D will draft a few different choices for you. Depending on the type of work you are requesting, you might get anywhere between 2 to 4 mock up samples for you to choose from.

Q: D5D is starting on my website and asked me to view the web pages created so far. When I am looking at my web pages, I tried to click on the links of items on my web pages and they don’t go anywhere. Why is that?
A: Your website is created in phases. The first phase will be the design of the site. This is simply laying out the site. During this phase, it is not an active website so you should not expect to have it work like a website that is up and running. Although it might look and feel like a regular website, it is only viewable by you and D5D.
After you have approved the layout of the website design, D5D will then begin to develop the site so it totally functions in all aspects (ie: links work, photos are finalized, drop down menus work, and it works without any error messages). Only upon your final approval of this development phase will your website go active or live.

Q: How long does it take for a website to be completed? When can I start sending my clients, customers and friends to the site?
A: Much of this depends on the size of the project. D5D will give you an estimated time of completion when the contract is signed. Please note this estimated time of completion is based on you providing D5D with content, feedback and decisions in a timely manner.
